Subject: [DailyDialogue #100] Quality

What is quality? "...delighting the customer" - Tom Peters
Who is the customer? We contribute to the welfare of our partner by being in service to them. The act of being helpful, in the way our companion would most like our support, results in delight for both of us.

To create excellence in our relationship, it is important to love our partner the way they most want to be loved. What our partner wants from us will change from day to day. Checking in regularly about what is most important to our mate on a particular day will give us the most up to date report on the climate.

Our sweetheart is our most important customer. As we attend to giving caring behaviors to our relationship at home, we have more energy and enthusiasm for the other customers in our life.

Experiment: Ask your lover, "How can I be of service today?" Agree to what you will do to delight them.

Affirmation: I am delighting my most important customer today.
