Subject: [DailyDialogue #1] New Year
Do not expect to establish a goal of some importance for yourself and then have it miraculously appear without some action taking place. By going into action you will be amazed as you are guided along the course that brings your deepest desires to reality. - Jack Boland
The New Year offers us an opportunity to turn the page on the past and begin a new chapter in our life with 12 new months, 52 unclaimed weeks, 365 uncharted days and 8,760 fresh hours. We have an opportunity to take action this year which will change the course of our lives. How we choose to spend our time, energy and money this year will determine whether we achieve our heart's desires.
Experiment: What would you like to be thinking and feeling one year from now? Share the answer to this question with your partner in dialogue. Take a step in the direction of your dreams today.
Affirmation: Today, I am building the foundation of a fulfilling future.
